How can I order personalised items?
Most items allow a colour selection, but only certain products have options for personalisation, such as name imprinting.
What are your items made from?
We use high-quality PLA filament that is non-toxic and eco-friendly. PLA is biodegradable plastic, made from organic, renewable resources.
Some of our products use rare-earth magnets made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron.
Are your products safe for children?
We use non-toxic materials that are safe for general use. However, some items may contain small parts or magnets that could pose a choking hazard, particularly for young children. We recommend that these products be used under adult supervision.
Products that pose potential hazards, have a disclaimer which all customers should carefully review before purchasing.
How do I care for my 3D printed items?
To maintain the quality and longevity of any 3D printed items, we recommend the following care instructions:
Cleaning: Gently clean your items with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
Heat / UV Exposure: Keep your items away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or prolonged sunlight, as the materials can warp or degrade under high temperatures.
Handling: Handle your items with care to avoid drops or impacts, which could cause breakage, especially for more delicate designs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at brooks3dprint@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that custom or personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Do you offer custom 3D printing services?
Not at the moment, but we are currently working on this feature. You can sign up for updates from Brooks3D to be notified when this is available.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us brooks3d@outlook.com.
